I am searching for a role that will empower me to empower others as a professional.

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

I love helping other people by finding solutions and being a resource!

I love researching and analyzing information, finding patterns, correlations, and causations to tell a story or solve a problem!

I love learning, teaching others, training and training others, and creating different products that enables me to do so!

What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

Strengths:

I initially approach every person and situation with a curious mindset, and I have great experience and the ability to recognize patterns and detect potential issues before they happen. I am gifted with the ability to connect with people and create and maintain positive relationships!

Key Challenges:

I have a habit of getting absorbed in research in my efforts to ensure the integrity of all the information I track down and collect, which is a risk for distraction!

What type of work environments do you prefer?

I like to interact with people in person and am grateful to work in a remote environment. Both have their benefits and I believe a hybrid working environment would be a great balance!

What degrees, certifications, licenses, additional education, and/or professional training have you received?

I have 18 different HR Certifications, 4 certifications for non-profit organizations, 4 certifications from Corporate Finance Institute, 3 certifications through FEMA, ICAgile Product Ownership Certification, Change Management certification, virtual facilitator certification, and several others.
