Why are you looking for a new opportunity?

To get my foot in the door so I can learn and grow as much as possible within construction & commercial real estate.

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

I love the art of the deal, everything from cold calling and pressing palms, to negotiation and closing clients.

Being in the field and getting hands on while collaborating with others.

Assisting with company branding and outreach, helping relate the companies mission to prospective clients and customers.

Strengths:

- Communicating with others and being the visionary. I enjoy the ideation and adaptation of design but don't want to solely do it. - Problem solving through collaboration - Market research and analysis

The nitty-gritty details in software like CAD.

What type of work environments do you prefer?

I like a fast paced environment with fun and inspired individuals working toward a solving a problem in society. I prefer being in the field or out and about rather than being stuck at a desk all day.

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science and Management with an emphasis on real estate finance.
