What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

I am passionate and innovative. I enjoy taking a problem and thinking about ways to fix it. Such as high turnover, low Customer Service Scores/Sales, and low employee engagement. What is the goal, Why are we not achieving this goal and what do we do to fix that goal?
I am a passionate person who puts that into everything I work on, meaning I can overwork and forget to take that time for myself to decompress.
I do best in an organization that lets me use my creativity and voice and gives me autonomy. Having a leader talk to another leader about my projects instead of me being part of that conversation can frustrate me. Mainly, because I think when you let communications go through many levels, it can get misconstrued. Plus, it takes longer because it involves more steps. I will take feedback and suggestions, just let me be part of it.
