Why are you looking for a new opportunity?

I recently took time off to focus on my mental health and pursue my coaching certification which allowed me to refocus on why I went into HR and to find that joy again. I'm open to being on-site, hybrid, and remote. Open to international

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

Activating potential in others by supporting their growth potential and understanding that we all have the capabilities to succeed when given the opportunity

Coaching and developing leaders as they face challenges while helping them understand how their own energy influences their reactions and how they lead others.

Learning about the businesses I support to be an integral part of their leadership team as an active contributor

What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

Strengths:

Relationship building by connecting with people and their passion. The ability to listen without judgment and focus on the client and where they want to go to support their growth

Key Challenges:

Understanding my own unconscious bias and making sure I have worked through those to support the client without judgment.

What type of work environments do you prefer?

I enjoy a variety of work environments, while I like being remote to get things done, I do prefer the hybrid and in-person setting to be around a team.
