I’m re-entering the market after a short break and am focused on senior People leadership opportunities with mission-driven organizations that value both strategic partnership and hands-on execution as they scale.

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

Shaping People & Human Capital Strategy — aligning talent, culture, and operating models with business goals.
Leading Organizational Transformation — building and evolving people infrastructure during periods of growth, change, or scale.
Partnering with Executives & Boards — serving as a trusted advisor on leadership, succession, and culture.

What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

I’m a global Chief People Officer with 17+ years of experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, and private equity sponsors to build, scale, and transform organizations across high-growth, PE-backed, mid-market, and enterprise environments. I’m often brought in at critical inflection points—rapid growth, M&A, leadership transitions, and operating model transformation—to design and implement modern, scalable people functions from the ground up.
Because I thrive in complex, fast-changing environments, I’m most fulfilled in roles where there is real opportunity to build, evolve, and have impact. I’m intentional about choosing organizations that value thoughtful people leadership and are ready to invest in scalable systems, strong leadership, and culture.
I thrive in mission-driven, people-centric organizations with engaged, values-driven leadership—whether founder-led or PE-backed—where the People function is viewed as a strategic partner. I prefer environments that are collaborative, transparent, and comfortable with change, particularly during periods of growth or transformation, and where strong culture, thoughtful people strategy, and data-informed decision-making are valued.
I hold a degree in Psychology, which continues to be foundational to how I lead—shaping how I understand human behavior, motivation, decision-making, and organizational dynamics. I’ve complemented this academic foundation with ongoing professional development and certifications through SHRM and HRCI, ensuring my practice stays current, compliant, and aligned with evolving best practices. I’m deeply committed to continuous learning and regularly invest in executive education, leadership development, and people analytics to stay ahead of changes in the workplace, strengthen my effectiveness as a strategic advisor, and continuously refine how I support leaders, teams, and organizations through growth and change.

No formal notice required; I’m flexible and can accommodate a mutually agreed-upon start date.
I lead with a servant leadership mindset and a deep commitment to accountability, integrity, and long-term value creation—for both the business and its people. Outside of work, I co-own a small organic farm with my husband, daughter, three adopted dogs, a herd of Wagyu cattle, and 28 bee hives. I’m a lifelong learner and passionate foodie, and I enjoy family time, adventures on the farm, traveling, outdoor activities, and music.
