I have recently started my consulting practice after my last company was successfully acquired.

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

Collaborating with executive leadership, managers and employees to establish and measure goals, performance management, culture/engagement programs.
Create positive compensation and total rewards programs.
Supporting leaders develop into more aware, authentic, respected and successful mentors and coaches

What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

I prioritize gaining deep understanding of the business' goals, culture and mission and creating pathways and steps to achieving its objectives. I am successful at bringing out the best in teams, thus enhancing the company's culture and engagement, creating and continually improving organizational communications, and developing full scope people and talent programs.
Impatience. I also tend to work very quickly when I am engaged and can become a bit frustrated when decisions take too much time to be made.
Collaborative, casual and friendly but also focused on results and colleagues accountable for results.
I have a bachelor's degree and have held SPHR level certification.
