What do you see as your strongest skills, and what are your key challenges?

Strengths:

I'm most proud of my communication skills. Creating an environment for open conversations (no matter how difficult) is incredibly important to my leadership style. Active listening, leaning into empathy, and building relationships are critical in fostering effective collaboration, conflict resolution, and productivity.

Key Challenges:

Because I'm the type of person who is in constant service of others, delegating can sometimes be a challenge. However, since I've finally come to terms with the fact I cannot clone myself (yet), I've become more confident in asking for help when I need it.

What type of work environments do you prefer?

I work best within flexible work environments that allow for both in-person and remote options.
