Why are you looking for a new opportunity?

As an outside advisor, I can influence a business but being a part of a team is the only way to build them. I want to work in one business to own real results.

What are the top three things that you like doing the most in your work?

Building and owning the financial engine in a business so owners can dramatically increase their margins, cash flow and value.

Helping business owners to scale the right way so they don’t “grow broke”.

Getting businesses to operate without their owner so they can be more valuable and sell for more money.
