Strengths:

My strength lies in my ability to effectively communicate and connect with individuals. Whether it's delivering feedback or fostering collaboration, I excel in building meaningful relationships that drive positive outcomes in HR.

Key Challenges:

My weakness lies in delegation. I sometimes find it challenging to entrust tasks to others, but I'm working on improving by identifying opportunities for delegation and providing clear guidance and support to my team.

What degrees, certifications, licenses, additional education, and/or professional training have you received?

I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Women and Gender Studies with a Minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Additionally, I obtained my SHRM Certified Professional Certificate. Presently, I'm pursuing my Masters of Legal Studies in HR and Employment Law at Texas A&M's School of Law.
